How It Works
Five steps, zero travel
From your first WhatsApp message to a finished project — managed entirely from your phone.
Send us your building plans or photos. We advise on products, quantities and indicative cost in GH₵, GBP, USD or CAD. Free, no commitment.
We prepare a detailed material estimate and, where required, suggest design options — brick bond patterns, tile layouts, colour combinations — with visual references sent to your WhatsApp.
Pay in your local currency — GHS, GBP, USD or CAD. A deposit confirms your order. Full receipts and documentation for every transaction, via email and WhatsApp.
Materials delivered to your site. We coordinate with your site foreman or our own installation team. Delivery confirmation photos sent immediately on arrival.
WhatsApp video walkthroughs at each milestone. You see the material on arrival, during installation, and at completion. Full visibility without being on site.
Final handover documentation, warranty information and maintenance guidance delivered to your WhatsApp and email. Your Ghana build, finished to standard.

WhatsApp video walkthroughs at each project milestone — so you see exactly what is happening on site, in real time. We walk you through the material on arrival, during installation, and at completion. You are always in the picture, even from 5,000 miles away.
Transparent Material Logistics
Delivery confirmations, quantity photos and receipts sent directly to you. Full chain-of-custody from our depot to your site — you know exactly when the materials left, what quantity was delivered, and you have photographic confirmation at every step. Nothing is left to trust alone.
International Payment
Pay securely in your local currency. We invoice and accept payment in GHS, GBP, USD and CAD. Full receipts and financial documentation are provided for every transaction, via email and WhatsApp. Payment terms are agreed upfront — typically a deposit to confirm the order with the balance before delivery.
